The Rotary Bowelscan Program commenced in ROTARY DISTRICT 9680 in 1990.
Object of Bowelscan
- Develop a Community Awareness of the nature of bowel cancer
- Earlier detection of potential or actual bowel cancer
Over the years Rotary District 9680 has introduced the Bowelscan program into four Rotary Districts, Districts 9680, 9690, 9710 and part of 9750. The four Bowelscan programs have combined into one united program, all using the same test kit (Hemoccult II, Guaiac) the same dates and working under one umbrella, directed and organised from one head office.

Cost of Kit - $8.00.
This includes testing by an accredited pathology and notification of your result by
our Bowelscan Medical Coordinator.
All kits come complete with easy to follow instructions.
PARTICIPATING PHARMACIES IN OUR FOUR ROTARY DISTRICTS WHERE TEST KITS CAN BE PURCHASED AND THEN RETURNED DURING OUR MONTH OF CAMPAIGN.
